Twenty One Pilots is coming back on a tear. After clinching wins at the 51st Annual American Music Awards for “Favorite Rock Album” and “Favorite Rock Artist,” TOP prepares for the electrifying finale of the “Blurryface” saga — a decade in the making. Live Nation presents “The Clancy Tour: Breach 2025,” slated this Fall with over twenty upcoming performances in the United States and Canada. On Wednesday, the 1st day of October, Bangor, ME, will host the historic event, offering the coveted stage of the Maine Savings Amphitheater.
Arriving in September via Twenty One Pilots’ long-standing label, Fueled by Ramen, Breach (2025) wraps up the band’s critically acclaimed conceptual series of albums dating back to the genre-smashing Blurryface. You and fans throughout the country will have the chance to experience Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun’s closing chapter, ignited virally by their latest hit, “The Contract,” picking up from where they left off in “Paladin Strait,” the cliffhanger track of last year’s Clancy. Frequent collaborator Paul Meany assisted in the track’s production, as with the rest of the album. TOP has yet to reveal more information regarding Breach, but we’ll keep you posted on developments.
“The Clancy Tour: Breach 2025” concert, LIVE in Maine, will connect the dots by the Grammy and Billboard Music Award-winning duo, beginning ten years ago in 2015. Along with their new release, Twenty One Pilots will bring such groundbreaking hits back to the front, which includes back-to-back RIAA Diamond singles “Stressed Out,” “Ride,” and “Heathens.” They will also revisit cuts from their run of US Top 3 albums, spanning 2018’s Trench through 2021’s Scaled and Icy up to their most recent fare. Lauded for their eclectic takes on alt-rock and hip-hop, as you’ve enjoyed in multi-platinum songs like “Chlorine” and “Overcompensate,” this innovative tandem continues to make breakthroughs with unadulterated vision.
The largest venue north of Boston, the Maine Savings Amphitheater, is a marvelous feat of architecture and aesthetics. It strays away from its peers' impersonal “screen-driven” focus, allowing audiences to relish its shows with intimate sightlines and immersive acoustics amid its scenic hillside landscape.
